Nevada Trappers Association

The Nevada Trappers Association (NVTA) was established to promote sound management of furbearers and to support the trapping community in Nevada. Since its inception, the organization has focused on educating the public about the importance of responsible trapping practices and the role of furbearers in the ecosystem. In 2006, the NVTA Board of Directors initiated a scholarship program to assist students pursuing higher education, reflecting their commitment to fostering future generations of conservationists and wildlife managers.
