Sandeford Family

The GD Sandeford Memorial Scholarship is funded by the Sandeford Family and aims to support African American students who are first-generation college attendees. The scholarship provides $1,000 to one winner pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree, with a focus on helping those who face significant obstacles in accessing higher education. The scholarship seeks to make college more accessible for underserved African American students, particularly those with volunteering experience and a minimum GPA of 2.75.
