• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in California in the top 10% of their class or with a GPA of 3.6 or higher.
• Applicants must be the dependent child of an active-duty, retired, or deceased member of the Naval Service (U.S. Navy or U.S. Marine Corps).
• They must be planning to enroll at an accredited 4-year college or university in any state.
• Financial need is considered in the selection process.
