• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the Sacramento City Unified School District who have been enrolled in a bilingual program within the District.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll full-time at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
• Selection is based on financial need, community involvement and volunteer experience, incentive, and a positive attitude and enthusiasm.
