• This program is open to seniors graduating from high schools in the city of Alameda and planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, or vocational/trade school in any state.
• Applicants must be active members of ROTC and have a parent who is serving or has served in any branch of the U.S. military.
• They must be able to demonstrate character, integrity, and leadership strong background in community service; and financial need.
