• This program is open to Connecticut residents who are graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled at a college or other accredited institution of higher learning in any state.
• Applicants must have been active participants or exhibitors at a member fair of the Association of Connecticut Fairs which sponsors them.
• Awards are available to students who are majoring in 1) agriculture, home economics, or a related field; 2) any field; or 3) a field selected by the sponsor.
• Selection is based on academic standing (20%), citizenship and leadership (25%), fair participation (35%), and financial need (20%).
