• This program is open to female residents of Texas of Hispanic heritage who are seniors graduating from high school and planning to enroll full or part-time at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
• Applicants must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, community service, personal strengths, leadership, and financial need.
• U.S. citizenship is not required; students may qualify under Texas Senate Bill 1528.
