• This program is open to graduating high school seniors who are members of the 4-H program in Fresno County, California and are planning to enroll at a college, university, community college, or trade/technical school in any state.
• Applicants must have exhibited leadership in the presentation of the Fresno County 4-H camp, including service for at least 1 year as a Junior Camp Counselor.
• Selection is based on efforts to help others through 4-H leadership and community service.
