• This program is open to students who identify as female enrolled at technical and community colleges, as juniors and seniors at 4-year institutions, or as graduate students.
• Applicants must be able to demonstrate an interest in an AV career through studies and extracurricular activities.
• They may not be currently employed full-time by an AV company.
• Selection is based on an essay about what being involved in the AV industry means to them, a presentation of their application, school performance and standing in the community, demonstrated leadership, AV-related experience, work experience, and letters of recommendation.
