• This program is open to residents of Montana who are blind or have a prognosis of serious vision loss and are working on an undergraduate or graduate degree in any field at a college or university in the state.
• Preference is given to applicants who have completed 12 or more college credits and have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Selection is based primarily on financial need.
• Recipients must attend the annual convention of the sponsoring organization to accept their award; expenses to attend the convention are reimbursed.
