Les Dames d'Escoffier International (LDEI) is a worldwide organization of women leaders in the fields of food, beverage, and hospitality. The Atlanta Chapter is part of this international network, which was founded in 2002. The mission of LDEI is to support and promote women in the culinary arts and to foster education and philanthropy within the community. The Atlanta Chapter engages in various initiatives, including scholarships, mentorship programs, and community service projects aimed at empowering women in the culinary industry.
