• This program is open to women graduating from high schools in eastern Washington and planning to enroll at a college or university in any state.
• Applicants must submit an essay on what inspires them about the life of the program�s namesake, their interests, accomplishments, aspirations, educational and career goals, service to school or community, honors, awards, activities, hardships, financial need, and any obstacles….
• Selection is based on that essay (50%), personal accomplishments (15%), a letter of recommendation (10%), GPA/transcripts (10%), financial need (10%), and the completed application.
