• This program is open to residents of Ohio who are high school juniors, high school seniors, or undergraduates under 19 years of age at a college or university in any state.
• Applicants must have been a junior fair dog exhibitor at their county fair and at the Ohio State Fair.
• Selection is based on academic standing (25%), citizenship and leadership (25%), Ohio State Fair participation (30%), and county fair participation (20%).
