• This program is open to the spouses, children, and grandchildren of KSA members who have belonged to the organization for at least 2 years.
• Applicants may be high school seniors, high school graduates of any age, or current college or graduate students.
• They must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at an accredited 2- or 4-year college or university in any state.
• An interview is required.
• Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
