• This program is open to residents of Kentucky who are high school graduates, GED recipients, or adults wishing to continue their education.
• Applicants must be public housing residents, Section 8 participants, or other low-income housing residents who have lived in a unit owned or managed by a member agency of the Kentucky Housing Association (KHA) for at least a year.
• They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be enrolled or planning to enroll full or part-time at a college, university, or graduate school in any state.
