• This program is open to residents of West Virginia who are entering or enrolled as undergraduate or graduate students at a college or university in any state.
• Applicants must be preparing for a career in the water supply profession with a major in engineering, business, chemistry, biology, accounting, law, or another relevant field.
• They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Selection is based primarily on academic achievement.
