• This program is open to residents of Texas who are of Hispanic heritage and entering their freshman or sophomore year at a 2- or 4-year college or university in the Austin area.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll full or part-time and major in a field of STEM. They must have a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
• Selection is based on academic achievement, community service, personal strengths, leadership, and financial need.
• U.S. citizenship is not required; students may qualify under Texas Senate Bill 1528.
