• This program is open to residents of Maine who are either seniors graduating from high schools in the state or already in college.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll or be currently enrolled in an accredited 2- or 4-year degree-granting Maine college, university, or technical school as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Selection is based on academic excellence as demonstrated by transcripts and GPA, contributions to community and employment, letters of recommendation, a 300-word essay on educational goals and intentions, and financial need.
