• This program is open to students entering their second year or higher who are either residents of Minnesota or members of the Minnesota Chapter of APWA, although they may be attending technical school in any state.
• Applicants must be studying civil engineering technology, drafting, design, inspections, surveying, GIS, forestry, natural resources, horticulture, water certificate/utility operations, biological science, or fleet management as preparation for a career in the public works adm….
• Selection is based on academic achievement, character, participation in professional organizations, previous work experience, and financial need.
