• This program is open to children of NSFA members who are high school seniors planning to attend an academic or vocational school of higher education in any state.
• Applicants must have maintained at least a "C" average for 5 semesters of high school work; preference is given to students in the top 50% of their class.
• Their parent must have been a member of the association for at least 3 years.
• The applicant rated the highest receives the Bill and Lou Curtis Memorial Scholarship.
