• This program is open to children of employees of municipalities or suppliers that are members of the association.
• All employees of municipalities that are members qualify.
• Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or students already enrolled at a college or university in any state.
• They must currently have a GPA of 2.5 or higher and be or have been in the top 25% of their high school class.
• Selection is based on that essay, transcripts, recommendations, and a list of extracurricular activities.
• Financial need is not considered.
