• This program is open to residents of Texas who are enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a 4-year college or university in any state and study any field.
• Applicants must be U.S. citizens.
• They must be recommended by a member of the PHCC Association National Auxiliary who has maintained active status for at least 2 previous years and who is a resident of Texas.
• Financial need is not considered in the selection process.
