• This program is open to students who are sponsored by a member firm of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors-Wisconsin Association (PHCC-WI) or the Master Plumbers/Heating-Cooling Contractors Association of Wisconsin (MPHCCA).
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll in an apprenticeship or technical college program in a field related to P-H-C or at a school of higher education and working on a degree in a field related to P-H-C such as engineering or business.
