• This program is open to residents of Montana or Wyoming who have or have a family member with an inherited bleeding disorder.
• Applicants must be entering or attending a 2- or 4-year undergraduate institution in any state; that includes graduating high school seniors, current undergraduate students, and adults seeking undergraduate studies later in life.
• They must have been involved with the Rocky Mountain Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorder Association (RMHBDA) at some point and in some capacity.
• Selection is based on GPA, extracurricular activities, success in various activities, volunteerism in general, volunteerism in the bleeding disorder community, and financial need.
