• This program is open to residents of any state who are planning to attend approved colleges, universities, or art institutes in Alaska or Washington and study the visual arts.
• Applicants may be first-year, transfer, graduate, or returning students.
• Fields of study include animation, ceramics, digital art, graphic design, illustration, metalsmithing, photography, printmaking, sculpture, or visual fine art.
• In the selection process, financial need and merit are considered, but 70% of the weight is placed on potential and talent.
