• This program is open to 4-H members who are seniors in Fresno County high schools.
• Applicants must be planning to enroll at an institution of higher education and major in agriculture or an agriculture-related field.
• Selection is based on efforts to help others through 4-H leadership and community service.
• Priority is given to students applying to a 4-year college or university although applicants to 2-year community colleges and trade/technical schools are eligible.
