• This program is open to residents of Tarrant and adjoining Texas counties (Erath, Hood, Johnson, Palo Pinto, Parker, Somervell, or Wise).
• Residents of 21 other nearby counties may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Applicants must be entering freshmen or continuing undergraduates at colleges and universities in any state with an interest in working full time on a degree in petroleum engineering or other fields that will prepare them for a career in the oil and gas industry.
• They must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
