• This program is open to U.S. citizens who meet 1 of the following requirements: 1) high school seniors planning to enroll in an engineering, architecture, construction, facilities management, or environmental management/science program at an accredited college or university in….
• Applicants must have demonstrated commitment to future military service by enrolling in an ROTC program, a commissioning program, or an extended enlistment.
• Selection is based on academic standing and accomplishments (50%), involvement in university and community programs, including those with military involvement (30%), and financial need (20%).
