Fully Funded Scholarships at Hampton Roads Community Foundation, Virginia 2026

The Hampton Roads Community Foundation is dedicated to helping college students pay for their education through scholarships. Established in 1950, the foundation has become southeastern Virginia's largest scholarship provider, having awarded over $24 million to approximately 4,914 students. In the 2025-26 academic year alone, the foundation awarded more than $2.1 million in scholarships to 547 students attending over 93 colleges and universities. The foundation manages more than 90 scholarship endowments, offering both undergraduate and graduate scholarships, including medical and theological scholarships.
