• This program is open to employees of companies affiliated with VCTA and their spouses and dependent children.
• Applicants must be enrolled or planning to enroll full-time at a college, university, community college, or trade school in Virginia.
• They must have a GPA of 2.0 or higher and a demonstrated interest in preparing for a career in the transportation construction industry.
• Selection is based on academic performance, employment experience, extracurricular and leadership activities, and financial need.
• U.S. citizenship is required.
