• This program is open to residents of Wyoming who are customers or customers' dependents of a WYTA member.
• Applicants must be graduating high school seniors or students currently enrolled at an accredited 2- or 4-year college, university, or technical school in any state.
• Selection is based on financial need (50%), work history (30%), GPA (10%), and community service and other outside activities (10%).
