Anita Moore-Hubbard (June 7, 1949 – July 12, 2014) was a devoted teacher, college advisor, and adjunct professor for more than twenty-five years. Anita was a woman of deep roots and wide wings. Raised in Mount Vernon, Alabama, by her parents Nora and Julius Moore, Sr., she was instilled with a spirit of service that she carried to Norfolk State University and i nto her 1971 sisterhood…
